Giles Catering

Together Giles Catering has a combined 35 years in the food and hospitality industry.  It all started in a food class where Marschal Giles found his passion for food.  Later he took a job that taught him all the nuances of the profession.  There, Marschal spent 18 years learning and providing the best possible experience for a customer he could. Near the end of 2018, Marschal and his wife, Sara, decided that it was time to venture out on their own as they saw a different direction they wanted to take. In January of 2019, Sara and Marschal launched Giles Catering with a plan to grow their customer base, one customer at a time.

We want customers to say ‘wow’ and we love to see the smile on their faces when they know they have made the right decision. For some of our customers, this is one of the most memorable days in their lives and it’s important for us to fulfil their wishes.”

We offer 4 service levels ranging from drop off and set up to plate service.  We can cater for events of all sizes from small office parties to large wedding receptions.  Some customers know exactly what they want and how they want to have it done.  We are here to bring your vision to life, or to fill in the gaps if you aren’t quite sure what you would like.  No matter what idea you have we would love to try to make it work for you.

Our lunch menus start at $10 per guest and our dinner menus start at $25.  Please feel free to browse our sample menus but keep in mind that we offer much more than what’s listed.  If you have an idea of something you would like but it is not listed, don’t hesitate to contact us.  We will try our best to turn your idea into reality.  If plates and cutlery are required, we are also pleased to be able to provide them.

Our service levels include:

• Drop-off and setup – For those clients who need food delivered and set up but do not require assistance during the event.
• Buffet style – One of our most common and cost-effective services.  The food will be beautifully arranged on tables for your guests to help themselves.
• Family dinner style – The food is arranged on platters to be handed around the dinner table.  Each guest is able to take exactly what they want.
• Plate service – The food will be pre-plated and served directly to the guest.

We offer a lot that other caterers don’t.  We go above and beyond with our impeccable service to make sure our customer is happy, whether it is our job or not! Our live edge displays really compliment our presentation and the look of our product is what separates us from others.
